Dissipatore paragonabile al Silent 775, ma realizzato per i socket Athlon 64 (Socket 754 / 939), Athlon 64 FX (Socket 939 / 940, Sempron Socket (754), Opteron (Socket 940).
Radiatore completamente realizzato in alluminio e base in rame in conduzione fra loro tramite 2 circuiti Heatpipe Technology.
La ventola lavora a 200 rpm producendo solamente 19dB. La soluzione versatile per tutti i Socket AMD.
