The Nexus PPR-1030 NF/SF is
a full copper SkiveTek®
heat sink with an aluminum cover with easy mounting
construction. The PPR-1030 comes in two versions:
Nexus PPR-1030 NF
This version which is
equipped with the Nexus 70x70x25 fan with 2400 RPM and 19
dB(A) and is suitable for Intel Pentium 4, Socket 478
processors up to Prescott®
89 Watt.
Nexus PPR-1030 SF
This version which is
equipped with the Nexus 70x70x15 smart fan. So the fan
speed of this model is temperature controlled. The RPM can
vary between 1300 RPM (at 20°C, 17.9 dB(A),
extremely quiet) and 6000 RPM (at 55°C, 48 dB(A),
very powerful). The SF version is suitable for Intel
Pentium 4, Socket 478 processors up to Prescott®
103 Watt. |

is one of the worlds most advanced technologies. This
concept permits the production of heat sinks with a
precise and super fine detail previously considered
impossible. SkiveTek®
represents a process of shaping materials to produce
high fin density thermal solutions. Base plate and fins
are constructed out of one piece of pure aluminum or
copper by cutting the material in thin layers, bending
the fins in place. No bonding, welding, soldering or
adhesive is involved; the joint between fin and base is
continuous aluminum or copper.
